לקראת חג הפסח: שר הרווחה יעקב מרגי הגיע לסיור במרכז הלוגיסטי המרכזי של ארגון החסד 'יד עזרא ושולמית' בירושלים
הארגון מחלק כ-55,000 סלי קמחא דפסחא וסלי מזון חודשיים למשפחות נזקקות ברחבי הארץ.
יו"ר הארגון הרב אריה לורי הודה לשר על הביקור וסקר בפניו על פעילות הארגון המפעיל ארבעה מרכזים לוגיסטיים ו-90 נקודות חלוקה ברחבי הארץ.
השר מרגי הודה להנהלת הארגון לעובדים ולמתנדבים: "באתי לראות מקרוב, להוקיר ולהעריך את פעילות החסד הענפה שלכם למען משפחות נזקקות כל השנה, ובמיוחד בתקופת החגים שההוצאות הולכות וגדלות. זה מחמם את הלב לראות את הערבות ההדדית שלנו בעם ישראל – "עולם חסד יבנה". הסיוע במזון והדאגה לחלשים נמצא בראש מעייננו, משרד הרווחה ימשיך לתמוך ולסייע לעמותות המזון".
