המוקד הטלפוני של העמותה מעניק מענה בשפות עברית ורוסית וכעת גם בשפה הערבית.

בימים אלו העמותה משיקה מוקד סיוע בשפה הערבית שמטרתו לסייע לבני משפחה של מתמודדי נפש לקבל מענה לשאלות ומצבים עימם הם מתמודדים.

המוקד יאפשר לבני המשפחה שמתמודדים עם קושי נפשי של אחד מבני הבית לקבל מענה ראשוני, להתייעץ, לקבל תמיכה רגשית, ולקבל מידע והכוונה בזמן אמת בנוגע לזכויות המגיעות לאנשים המתמודדים עם קושי נפשי.

המענה יינתן בימי רביעי בין השעות 17:00-19:00 בטלפון 03-9559596. במהלך השבוע ניתן להשאיר הודעות והמענה יינתן על ידי אנשי העמותה.

השירות הינו ללא תשלום.
